About Leading While Distracted

Harness the chaos. Lead different.

Leading While Distracted is where creative, restless minds learn to lead — not by fighting distraction, but by understanding it.

I’ve spent more than 15 years leading teams in digital strategy and technology, guiding projects, people, and ideas through organized chaos. Along the way, I learned that leadership isn’t about perfect focus... it’s about building systems that work for how your mind actually operates.

When I was officially diagnosed with ADHD later in life, everything clicked. The patterns, the overthinking, the bursts of brilliance followed by burnout — they weren’t flaws. They were signals. My success hadn’t come despite distraction, but because of it.

Here, I write about what it really means to lead, create, and live intentionally with a brain that doesn’t always play by the rules. The essays are part reflection, part experiment — stories from the messy middle of work, focus, and self-discovery.

If you think fast, feel deeply, and sometimes forget what you were saying mid-sentence... you’ll fit right in here.

Pull up a chair. Let’s learn to lead differently — one experiment, one insight, and one honest conversation at a time.Stay up-to-date
